Add Patient

Create a new patient record and set settings

To add a patient, click the "+" button in the upper right corner of the Patient List. You will be presented with a popup to enter all the new information.

The date will default to the date listed in the Patient List. You can change it to match the date of service. All fields on this screen are required. If you are logged in as a System Administrator, you'll be required to choose a Provider from the list. If you are a provider yourself, this field will default to you.

Once all the fields are completed, the Save button will activate and you can save your changes.
