The profile screen can be accessed by the icon in the lower left corner of the web application. From there you can log out and edit your own profile information.

Click the "Edit Profile" button in the upper right corner to bring up the edit popup and make changes.
Edit profile
Name is required, and the Save button will be active so long as the data is entered properly. Click SAve to save your changes.
