How can I add a new patient to my list on the Web Platform?

  1. Open the Patient List and click the "+" button on the top-right.

  2. Fill in all the required fields in the popup

  3. Click Save once the form is complete.

How do I edit an existing patient record?

  1. Click the patient's row on your Patient List to open the detail screen.

  2. Click Edit in the top-right, modify any fields, the click Save.

  3. Note: Providers cannot update records after billing for the month has closed.

How can I view patient details?

Selecting a patient loads the Patient Detail screen, showing demographics, lab results, and vitals (for data-fed patients) or manual entry fields. From here you can Edit or Delete.

How do I log into the Convey Web Platform?

Ask your system administrator to add you as a user - once added, you'll receive a temporary password for your initial login. Then, in a desktop or mobile browser, navigate to https://teleneph.convey.care, click "Get Started" and enter your email address followed by your password, and click Log In.
