Add Facility
Create a new facility and set settings
To add a new facility, click the "Add Facility" button in the upper right corner of the Facilities page. You will be presented with a popup to enter all the new information.

The monthly fee is the amount charged per month for this facility. It is charged in addition to the fees per patient and is required.
To add a per patient fee, click the "Add Fee" button. Once you do, you will see entry boxes to set a from, to, and dollar amount.

The From is a starting number of patients on any given day, and the To is the ending number.
For example, if there is only one patient for the day and you wanted to charge 800 dollars in that scenario, you would enter 1 in the From, 1 in the To, and 800 in the Fee. If then you wanted to grant a price break when there are 2 or 3 patients in the same day, you would add another fee line and enter 2 in the From, 3 in the To, and 550 in the fee.
If you leave the To number blank, the system will take that to mean unlimited. So in our example, we could enter a third fee line with 4 in the From, blank in the To, and 400 in the fee to indicate that anytime there are more than 3 patients in the day, all of them are charged at the rate of 400 each.
When you are done entering all the name, monthly fee, and per patient fees, click Save to save your changes. Keep in mind, you will need to assign users to this new facility in order for them to add patients. Use the Edit User screens to assign access.
